What Is Cantilever
Racking?
Cantilever Racking is a free-standing storage structure built around a central vertical column with horizontal arms projecting outward — creating completely unobstructed storage bays with no front column interference. This makes it the only practical system for storing long, flat, or irregular materials such as pipes, timber, steel sections, PVC profiles, furniture panels and carpet rolls.

The only racking system that can store items of any length without cutting or stacking — reducing damage, saving time and improving material traceability.

Material & Load Assessment
We catalogue the materials to be stored — lengths, weights, profiles, how they are lifted (manual, forklift, crane) — to determine arm length, spacing and load series.

Layout Design
Floor plan showing column rows, aisle widths, forklift turning radii and total storage capacity per section — reviewed and approved before fabrication.

Fabrication & Finishing
All components fabricated to specification, hot-dip galvanised or powder-coated to your colour preference, and inspected before dispatch.

Installation
Base plates anchored to floor slab, columns erected, arms pinned at specified heights and safety stops fitted — complete installation typically within one working day per row.
05
Handover & Training
Load placards fitted, staff trained on safe loading/unloading procedures, and maintenance checklist provided — with annual inspection service available.
